Ruthann D Klassen, age 68 of Logan, Iowa. passed away on October 29, 2024, at home with her family.

Ruthann was born in Omaha on July 30, 1956, the daughter of Joseph and Patsy Green (Moore).

Ruthann had four daughters Holly, Sheila, Jennifer, and Rachelle. She has three grandchildren Zander, Tabitha, and Sabrina, and four great grandchildren Reghan, Alianna, Aubryna and Elijah.

Ruthann married Alan Klassen on August 9, 1987, at Mt. Vernon Gardens in Omaha. Alan and Ruthann meet playing pool at Big Johns Billiards. There was always a dispute about who won that night. They were together from that night forward.

Ruthann loved doing crafts and sewing. She also loved dragons and has quite the collection, the craft room we call the dragon room.

Ruthann attended Logan Christian Church where she enjoyed the contemporary service and the ministers exciting sermons.

Ruthann was always laughing at or about something and she had a strange sense of humor, we call Ruthann and sister Teresa the twisted sisters. She often made herself laugh.

Remaining to cherish Ruthann’s life are, husband Alan, daughters Rachelle, and Jennifer,

grandchildren Zander, Tabitha and Sabrina, great grandchildren Reghan, Alianna, Aubryna and Elijah.

Preceding Ruthann in death are daughters Holly and Sheila, father Joseph, Mother Patsy, stepfather Vern and brother Steve.
