I didn’t get the chance to meet Mary in person, but all the conversations we had she made me feel like she cared about me. She will be missed and I know she was loved by many and all that knew her.

Larry and I will miss Mary. Larry was able to talk to Mary a lot before her passing. He enjoyed all the laughter and I know it was good for both of them. Larry will miss his four beloved sisters. He is physically unable to make the trip to Ia but will be with all of you in spirit. Family come see us in Adkins, Tx. You are welcome.

I’m Mary’s brother. I will miss her and our long talks.
I will be with the family in spirit during this time of grief. I’m not physically able to come at this time. I loved Mary and all my sisters. It is hard to know they are gone but we must go on. RIP Mary.

I will dearly miss Mary. We worked with each other at The Cave Inn as second jobs for several years on nights and weekends. She loved being around people and was a joy when she entered a room! She teased me relentlessly about the cornhuskers, yet would pick up Nebraska trinkets for me at garage sales.. I will fondly remember her every year that I put out my Nebraska Snowmen and wear my “excuses” T-shirt. Rest In Peace Mary,, you’ve earned your wings. 😘 Hugs to you Robby, Kellee and Bobby… our thoughts go out to all of you.

Mary made the effort to be friendly when others over looked, and would always greet me with a smile no matter what her challenges were on any given day. I was blessed to be able to call her my friend for nearly 30 years. She was a very special lady with a very warm heart. My heart goes out to all who will be missing her.

Dear Dear Mary! One of the nicest people I’ve been blessed knowing! Over the years, including the Ol’ Magnolia dayz! No matter the case, Mary did everything with her sweet smile! I will miss running into her at Casey’s …or stopping by Mag Town to chat with her on occasion! She fought hard but is at peace now….until we meet again, my friend!
