James H. Hatcher

James H. Hatcher was born on June 15, 1948 in Logan, Iowa to Andrew and Vida (Waples) Hatcher. James passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2020 in Missouri Valley, Iowa at the age of 72.

     James attended school in Logan, Iowa. After attending school, James went on to work with many farmers within the community and was a farm laborer most of his life. James is preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Vida Hatcher, his sister, Betty, and brothers, Leonard, Kenneth, and Larry.

     James is survived by his sisters, Joyce Rieper of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Rita Hammer of Missouri Valley, Iowa and Norma Mattis of Missouri Valley, Iowa, also brothers Donnie Hatcher and Dennis Hatcher of Logan, Iowa.

     A graveside service for James was held on Tuesday September 8, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Logan Cemetery in Logan, Iowa.
